1. Selection of stations improving all the time.Great for listening in remote places where radio doesn't reach.Great.. all Radio stations in Nz are in this app..This app is awesome it has crystal clear stations no need for fine tuning I've saved all my favorite's and flick through without a problem.It's OK, biggest gripe for me is I wanted More fm 92.1 christchurch but when listening I get bloody Aucklands station ,ffs I don't care about their ads and weather different ends of the country and its not what you said the frequency I would get is.

Personally it's simple to useExcellent app, simple and easy to use.Good informative easy listening and positive too.Downgraded rating to 4 stars - I use the app almost daily and am happy with its performance...mostly. I ended up deducting a star because I've found that some stations periodically stop playing, say every 10-15 minutes and I'm having to restart the app each time.

3. Very simple and straight foward, even with the ads its still great for listening while driving, or with headphones, on some you get the name of the sogns which awesome.Alarm is great.

1. Fix Radio NZ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio NZ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio NZ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio NZ" » Open Radio NZ - online radio app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio NZ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio NZ - online radio app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio NZ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio NZ - online radio app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio NZ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio NZ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio NZ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio NZ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio NZ not working

2. Fix Radio NZ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radio NZ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radio NZ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radio NZ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
