1. I have no way of contacting anyone thru the app I'm very annoyedBest Colombian Radio App Ever!!! 2. Not worth trying, please some people here want to try the free version so they can buy the full version, I can tolerate couple of ads and banners but.....every 5 minutes is ridiculous.I can listen to radio stations easily and oit of charges.

3. I love the app, I really enjoy listening to the music I paid for the option to not listen commercials at first worked but suddenly I started to listen to the commercials and I don't know how to remove them.

1. Fix Radio Colombia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio Colombia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio Colombia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio Colombia" » Open Radio Colombia - Radio FM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio Colombia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio Colombia - Radio FM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio Colombia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio Colombia - Radio FM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio Colombia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio Colombia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio Colombia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio Colombia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio Colombia not working
