Although I have funds loaded from previous I was unable to use them at the current location.it makes my life so much easier and it works so well I couldn't believe, I was tired having to stopped at an ATM first everytime I wanted to do laundry 🧺 the app was a great idea 💡 Loved it 👍🏻One of the best laundromats in the city/county.

2. Also it gives rewards back! It reminds you when your time is almost up.. you can also look on the app and see how many washers dryers are in use...b4 you choose to go..FYI funds CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED to any other location that uses Huebsch washer/dryer system.

3. In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to.

4. Contacted the app customer service and after they asked for the name and address of the laundromat, they tell me that they didn't have it and to contact the location manager.

5. I would recommend app.Love this revolutionary new way of doing laundry! No more looking for smaller denominations of bills or quarters.

6. Only thing it'missing is a small sink it you happened to need to rinse something out.App asks for a location pin or QR code.

7. I responded 'nevermind, I'll just delete my app account' The agent didn't bother to respond - they simply left the chat.

8. Staff is friendly and helpful.Always clean , always available washers and friendly staff.

9. The only glaring omission it has is that it would be great if it could locate other laundromats that also use the app.

10. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose.

1. Fix Huebsch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Huebsch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Huebsch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Huebsch" » Open Huebsch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Huebsch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Huebsch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Huebsch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Huebsch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Huebsch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Huebsch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Huebsch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Huebsch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Huebsch not working

2. Fix Huebsch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Huebsch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Huebsch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Huebsch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
