I'm on the H+ (3g, 3.5g???) somewhere in Africa and no issues I decided yo try this out as against using an analogue shortwave radio and this is excellent paired with a Bluetooth speakerAdverts annoying, functionality limited - can't search for stations, sort by alphabeltical order and no programme information.

2. Generally works for listening to radio with two major exceptions: it has an insane drain on battery life, to the point that Android throws warnings about it for this app specifically.

3. Secondly, when connection is poor afterwards there is a terrible clicking noise - horrendous experience and this happens a lot...Good app (so far).

11. For some reason when my screen shuts down now on my android phone it also mutes the music... Any ideas what's going on here?? Aaaargh I've sussed it out.

1. Fix Radio UK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio UK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio UK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio UK" » Open Radio UK » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio UK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio UK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio UK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio UK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio UK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio UK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio UK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio UK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio UK not working

2. Fix Radio UK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radio UK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radio UK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radio UK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
