1. It doesn't send any verification code, so it isn't usable, and the waitlist feature requires you to have a verified phone number, so the app is useless.

2. So why even have an app?App is pretty good but I would like to request that the waitlist information page in the app INCLUDE the place in line ("Currently 34th in line") since this information is arguably more useful/accurate than the straight calculation estimated wait time.

3. Neat idea, but poor execution has left a bad taste in my mouth.As many others have mentioned, the Phone Verification feature doesn't work.

7. It still submits your name but the link for tracking your wait time does not function at all.

8. When you get the text, you check in with the host and then you get put on the REAL wait-list and have to wait another hour or more, but now you can't leave because you won't get another notification.

1. Fix Kura Sushi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kura Sushi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kura Sushi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kura Sushi" » Open Kura Sushi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kura Sushi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kura Sushi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kura Sushi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kura Sushi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kura Sushi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kura Sushi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kura Sushi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kura Sushi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kura Sushi not working

2. Fix Kura Sushi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kura Sushi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kura Sushi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kura Sushi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
