Why should I report an Issue with Miraquill: Write Quotes, Poems?

1. I think it's a decent app for writing poetry! It seems "Feed" and "Discover" are still a WIP, so I'll be patiently waiting for those to be implemented! The only problem I have is with "Word Battle," it takes aggravatingly long to find an opponent and when I do find one and get the writing prompt, I try to type the words in the textbox it gives me but the app keeps on closing out of my phone's keyboard and it's like I never typed anything at all!It was a great, fun app, but lately it keeps crashing after a few minutes of use (on every device I try).

2. Firstly, even with the language filter on the discover page, other languages still full my feed.

3. Then I tried to upload a profile picture, and they keep getting turned sideways with no option to rotate image.

4. There are constant issues with the feed - sometimes it's blank, it doesn't refresh or update, or says there are problems (under maintenance, cannot connect).

5. I'm not sure if there are too many users on the app or too much content, but this issue is keeping me from using the app.I signed up for the app almost 2 years ago, never used it and never got around to deleting it, kept receiving emails from them even though I kept unsubscribing.

6. Another thing, the app has a glitch were you can't see your latest post under your profile for 2 hours + which makes it hard to see how many people liked, reposted etc.

7. So, I feel that there should be an option to share our works on devices other than a phone/Ipad.Really enjoy the app, mostly.

8. For a writer to have to retype their works through a phone, email, copy/paste- or whatever the method may be is not a good experience.

9. Additionally, the app itself is still called "Mirakee" locally on my phone, both the app shortcut and the app itself when opened.App keeps crashing.

10. When I edit a post most times now, I don't see the change and sometimes even new posts don't appear.I appreciate the Mirakee platform.

11. Took a while to finally get out of that activity and open the settings page to finally delete the account.

1. Fix Miraquill Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Miraquill: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Miraquill App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Miraquill" » Open Miraquill: Write Quotes, Poems » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Miraquill » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Miraquill: Write Quotes, Poems app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Miraquill servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Miraquill: Write Quotes, Poems" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Miraquill app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Miraquill might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Miraquill. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Miraquill then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Miraquill not working

2. Fix Miraquill Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Miraquill be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Miraquill not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Miraquill may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
