Neurology Question of the Day Customer Insights

1. Does not function properly (can't scroll down, cuts off questions, sometimes can't answer question at all).very bad experience in Android Questions are not complete.

2. It only happens with certain questions, so depending on the day, I may or may not be able to answer! Please fix this!!!App consistently performs poorly on Android.

3. They have not done anything about this despite multiple complaints to tech supportIt would be nice to be able to look at previous questions without immediately seeing the answers.

4. Recently, the app has left me unable to submit answers.Questions are good and it's easy to get CME, but the app itself is poor quality.

5. You can't zoom in or see the images that well either.Good, except for one fatal flaw-- on my Pixel 3XL, sometimes the question will get cut off and will not allow me to proceed the next screen to answer the question.

6. I have 80+ questions to redeem for CME credits, but whenever I get to the redemption page and fill out the necessary forms, nothing happens after I submit.

7. The text often cuts off before you are able to read the whole question or answer.

8. Many times the questions are truncated without the option of scrolling to see the entire question.

9. Maybe it's an Android issue or a Pixel phone issue? This is a real fun app with ease of gaining CME.

10. Very frustratingExcellent idea and content but the Android interface is buggy intermittently.

11. If this problem was fixed, I would certainly rate it 5 stars.Nice app, straightforward and easy to use.
