1. Very disappointing, like all our government services that insist on paying tons of our money to whimsy and inept companies.Doesn't work, every time I try to login it said that the password is invalid.

2. WORST app & cust svc EVER!!! I used bill pay which worked fine until it didn't; there was some glitch & my stateside bank was receiving only 1 digit of the AAA zip code; my bank said this MUST be corrected by AAA.

3. It appears they don't have a tech support.... I tried everything...I gave up.. No help from customer service..Upon registration it opened the browser... In addition no matter wich of my 2 emails i put, it says there not valid.

1. Fix Mi Acueductos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mi Acueductos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mi Acueductos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Acueductos" » Open Mi Acueductos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Acueductos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mi Acueductos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Acueductos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Acueductos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mi Acueductos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Acueductos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Acueductos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Acueductos then reinstall.
