Why should I report an Issue with First Words for Baby 24 Months?

This would be really great and my 2 year old did enjoy it but I had to delete it because it is way to easy for him to press on ads (he ended up having about 6 ad tabs open) and the "back" button is a little off screen in the top left corner... but what is right next to it and much easier to press is a shopping cart that pops up a tiny text window asking if you would like to remove ads for 0.99. It would have been incredibly easy for him to just press the yes button not knowing any better.This is a simple visual aid to learning (American English).

As a parent, I like my child to take a guess first then hear after what it is.The whole series of apps 12-month 18-month and 24 are great.But some of the sounds aren't accurate some of the sounds are missing from the pictures and my daughter knows the differenceGreat app that my kids love so much they have acquired permanent access to my phone to play this and I'm lucky I was able to write this review.

3. My one complaint is that some of the images and the navigation buttons are partially off screen and I can't figure out how to resize it.Would be better if there's the option to turn off the voice so the child have the opportunity to name the item themselves first.

4. Not educational or engaging for toddlers.Took forever trying to get the flashcards (only to realize you need to kick the images) and then half of the screen was cut off.My 2 year actually enjoys this amazing app.

5. So friendly, like she would be such a great friend to have.My phone is an LG Q6, it has a non standard screen size.

7. If possible in your updates, a "Reveal Word" function? Needed for the "how do you spell the word? " part of the lesson.

8. I understand if you say no to this, after all the apps are for non-writing kids.

1. Fix First Words Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart First Words: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the First Words App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Words" » Open First Words for Baby 24 Months » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Words » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear First Words for Baby 24 Months app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Words servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Words for Baby 24 Months" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check First Words app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Words might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall First Words. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Words then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Words not working

2. Fix First Words Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make First Words be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to First Words not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, First Words may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
