Why should I report an Issue with Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT)?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Not badgood app considering the price but I have had some issues: the app crashes while connecting to webinars (even in different devices), some of slides of theory part have tiny mistakes and also some exercises were shown without presenting the data or formulasEnjoyed using the trial version so I paid to upgrade.

2. I have paid for 1 month subscription and in the last 4 days if all the content gets erased, then what is the use of upgrading the app if you cant sync the data present in the previous version.

For example, it will show show a partial question with an error message and/or multiple choice options showing as errors.Awful update: all of my old bookmarks disappeared and I am now unable to reattempt specific questions (if I click on a bookmarked question, instead of quizzing me, it will immediately give me the correct answer).

The downsides are that after the update there is no way to reset progress to begin again, there are a couple of questions that the variables never load (3 separate run throughs), the answers to a couple questions are wrong, and there are some errors (ex: If in 2017 there were 100 sales and in 2017 there were 60 sale what was the percent change from 2016?).

5. My advice for anybody considering the paid version, is to stay away, if you value your money.The trial is fine and the app is mostly useful for studying.

6. But sorry to say the newer version does not work, and neither does the website version, for which I paid a heavy amount for.

7. Edit:The free content is good, but the paid live courses are actually pre-recorded and then they have a live tutoring session once a week.

8. The instructors are knowledgeable, but I wish the format was actually a live class at the scheduled and advertised time.The most helpful app I've found so far, despite technical issues.

1. Restart Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT)" » Open Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) then reinstall.

2. Fix Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ready4 GMAT (Prep4 GMAT) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
