Why should I report an Issue with CallRec: Call recorder?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CallRec to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Do NOT download this app!latest update is rather annoying due to tha fact that (1) the promotionary screen to.purchase premium version just doesn't close regardless of how many times i try, (2) also as soon as you open the app and click to select a call to edit the promotionary screen comes on and persists, (3) unless the call is in speaker mode the recording of the caller's voice is rather faint and very hard to hear, (4) great to have these issues fixed and bluetooth call recording enabled, then paying for app is okDon't buy this.

2. Awesome app! It takes a bit to get the settings right for your type phone, but works great once you do! I had the earlier version for years & was happy with it, but I'm more pleased with this upgrade! Added bonus - you can mark important places on the recording! The only improvements I see would be the ability to transfer notes with the recording & if I could use .amr files which are much smaller than .wav file.

3. "Grant Access: To record phone conversations on Andriod 10 and higer, in the phone settings in the Accessibility - Service section for the CallRec service, you must provide access to accessibility features." I really have no idea what this means and I'd like a straight forward answer.

4. I haven't tried other features that it claim to do becos it can't do a simple record & some calls are missed & all calls are unknown.

5. I also tried sharing the recorded call but it only send a playstore dl app link rather than the recorded mp3 call to hear.

6. Don't give them permission to ur phoneHi Call rec team, There is a bug i seen in your app after installing latest version of your app.

7. AVOID! can't see numbers, there's no audio (before you had to put your calls on speaker for it to work) and even when it did it was a nightmare to navigate and store.

10. The bug is when I make a outgoing call it shows in incoming list in your app but it should be in out going list.

1. Fix CallRec Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallRec: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallRec App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallRec" » Open CallRec: Call recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallRec » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallRec: Call recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallRec servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallRec: Call recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallRec app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallRec might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallRec. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallRec then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallRec not working

2. Fix CallRec Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallRec be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CallRec not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CallRec may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
