Why should I report an Issue with CodiPlay for Global?

1. Keep up the great work, really needed such app, please work on releasing Raspberry Pi version too! Also, I tested the Arduion Mega but it looks like it doesn't implemented yet.its not working for me, the app just freeze in the loading screen, i waited for 30minutes and the app still in loading screenI sincerely saw the bad review but I still downloaded to confirm.....and is it........ definitely THIS IS TRASH,It took me a long time to know that it needed internet connection it didn't even get indicate,when I opened it ,I clicked on the Arduino button and it asked to download again I did now simply to press the Arduino it crashed anytime I clicked itLegit app, you could code Arduino even with your phone, no need of PC.

But It Lags A Lot When I Haven't Started The App Also When I Try Scrolling After I Tap On A List Of Blocks,Numbers,Boleans,Strings And Even A Mixture Of Them It Scrolls Automatically To The Top Of The List 2/5App still buggy not very polish.. 1) some of the image/text still in Korean 2)in basic skill one of the task ask me to put a line 'led 5 to high' But the selection only have 'led 5 to on' which mean i can not complete the task Turn on the led using the photo resister sensorNeeds much optimization.

3. This one is actually good, the problem is, it doesn't allow you to create a project where you can actually maximize your potential from Creating a New Circuit Project with built area where we could do the coding.

6. It tries to gamify the coding for Arduino but I think it shouldn't be in the Games category.

7. They don't allow you to do that and maybe in the future they added this feature like what does Tinkercad could do, it'll be beneficial to those students who only use Smartphone, fortunately I have a laptop.

1. Fix CodiPlay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CodiPlay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CodiPlay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CodiPlay" » Open CodiPlay for Global » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CodiPlay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CodiPlay for Global app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CodiPlay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CodiPlay for Global" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CodiPlay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CodiPlay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CodiPlay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CodiPlay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CodiPlay not working

2. Fix CodiPlay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CodiPlay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CodiPlay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CodiPlay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
