Biblio Customer Insights

1. Also when I opened the book after a crash it has just put me back to the beginning! AnnoyingJust downloaded and opened the first book and.. WOW, it's bright! With no settings options to adjust screen brightness AND not being able to adjust the phone settings (which still wouldn't have been enough), because they are "being controlled by the currently running app", I won't be using or exploring this app further at this time; I have no wish for headaches, sore eyes, and/or sensory overload from trying to read on my phone.Like the idea to be able to borrow ebooks from my library and read them on my device.

2. Sometimes it loads a very long time when starting the app.I love the app for many reasons like being able to borrow books from the comfort off your home and read wherever you are.. the problem comes when you want to find a good audiobook.. I'm very picky when it comes to those cause often i can't listen more than 2 minutes before I need to find a new one.. I need a good voice actor to understand what's going on.

3. 11/8/2019: The audiobook player malfunctions: the "30sec back" button actually sends you 1min forward, it is impossible to slide to the beginning of the book, and sometimes the "30 sec forward" button changes the playing speed, which can only be reset by closing and reopening the app.Only tried reading a book, which does not work very well.

4. However, the thing that bothers me the most is that screen brightness is not in sync with the phone! E.g., my phone is in night mode, I open the app, it's super bright and I have to manually change the brightness in the app.

5. The screen brightness is somehow managed through the app and it ignores my phone settings which makes it unsuitable for late night reading.

6. The fullscreen toggle is annoying and it makes you lose track of where you are.The disabling of the phone's inherent adaptive brightness makes the app unusable.

7. So being able to return books would be nice.. cause now i can't borrow anything else, and I'm stuck with stuff i don't wanna hear.

8. Also, the screen goes dark based on phone sleep timer and have to touch the screen to keep it on.

9. Suspect Biblio was chosen by Swedish libraries due to nepotism considering how poorly developed the app is.I like the opportunity to be able to listen to several audiobooks, but there is several issues that is not making so pleasent experience.

10. It forces the user to manually change the brightness level every time ambient light changes.

11. Screen turns off after timeout, how can this even be missed? Page handling very finicky.
