2. Inventory, prices, and app need to be updated.I want to thank the customer service for receiving the positive experience that had always received when shopping at the Pier 1 stores when they were still in operation.

3. wasted 10 minutes and never did find the item that was being advertised.Great app if you like to scroll for ages through leftovers most of which show as sold out.

4. Can't filter easily by product, once you have the right product the filtering to find specifically what you want is so basic it barely helps, no dimensions or other basic specs on furniture descriptions, pay for shipping both ways.

5. Also, there is no decent filtering or sorting and if I open an item, I would expect to see similar or like items suggested for me.Need work.

6. My house is littered with Pier 1 and Pottery barn and since the buyout I have not bought 1 item yet.

7. Literally any app, even proven scam ones, are set up better.Worst app ever for shopping! I was looking for wine glasses and there's only one choice and it's clear at that!! Don't waste your time!Worst shopping app out there.

8. So far I haven't been impressed with the new styles.Bad layout, extremely over priced, and the product descriptions are so sketchy.

1. Fix Pier 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pier 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pier 1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pier 1" » Open Pier 1 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pier 1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pier 1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pier 1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pier 1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pier 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pier 1 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pier 1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pier 1 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pier 1 not working

2. Fix Pier 1 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pier 1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pier 1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pier 1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
