1. I have Huawei P10 with android 8.1 and the Icom has firmware CPU 1.06, DSP 1.03, GPS 11613, with Bluetooth 1.11. Needs to push audio to phone as well as serial control.

6. Further, the radio can do Bluetooth, why not play it on the phone? This app is really only a remote control for the radio.

8. IC-R30 with latest firmware pairs pretty easily to my Samsung Galaxy R20 Ultra 5G but the wretched app refuses to see the R30.

11. What I miss is a way to edit/name channels for example, because that is something which is difficult with the R30's hardware keypad.

1. Fix RS-R30A Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RS-R30A: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RS-R30A App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RS-R30A" » Open RS-R30A » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RS-R30A » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RS-R30A app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RS-R30A servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RS-R30A" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RS-R30A app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RS-R30A might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RS-R30A. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RS-R30A then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RS-R30A not working

2. Fix RS-R30A Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RS-R30A be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RS-R30A not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RS-R30A may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
