1. Great waste of my timeWhen I select my shipping address it fails to continue to pay method with no reason at all.Products are not send on time.

2. 👍🏻The coupons don't work... I received an email welcoming for regustering in CMR and there we're a few coupons with 10% and 20% off Nones of the didn't work, neither in the fallabella app, nor in the sodimac app.

3. Terrible experience with this company and this app.What good is this if you live in Colombia, the company says Colombia but the app is not available to Colombia.

4. The app uses location services in the background at odd hours, like at 4 AM when I'm not even using itExists only as point of sale.

1. Fix Sodimac Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sodimac: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sodimac App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sodimac" » Open Sodimac: Hogar y Construcción » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sodimac » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sodimac: Hogar y Construcción app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sodimac servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sodimac: Hogar y Construcción" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sodimac app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sodimac might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sodimac. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sodimac then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sodimac not working

2. Fix Sodimac Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sodimac be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sodimac not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sodimac may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
