1. Also cannot watch all the channels on replay.More or less, it works fine but needs improvements: for example, please add the possibility to choose the language as we have on TV.Useful app for when I'm away from home.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sunrise Smart TV Issues

1. Fix Sunrise Smart TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sunrise Smart TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sunrise Smart TV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunrise Smart TV" » Open Sunrise Smart TV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunrise Smart TV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sunrise Smart TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunrise Smart TV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunrise Smart TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sunrise Smart TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunrise Smart TV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sunrise Smart TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sunrise Smart TV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sunrise Smart TV not working
