1. It just won't work.I tried multiple times to book a ticket via the web page with no success.

2. I checked in and they couldn't find the ticket on the app so they had to manually print it and I held up the lineThe app allows airfare purchases, upgrades, and seat changes.

3. Installed and tried to get it to work on a new Galaxy S21 and it simply won't get past the Privacy page.

4. We weren't able to add additional bags for the cheaper price prior to the flight, gave error message everytime.

5. When I click to recover password, page gives error asking to contact support.

6. but the most useful features are functionalEVERY TIME: The app and the site forget your trips, you must add them manually.

7. RE ENTER ALL THE INFORMATION EVERY TIME It even forgets who is on the ticket you just bought and asks again on check in.

8. I have used it 2 and both times right before my flight was taking off my boarding passes would disappear and I had to have them printed.Won't bring up tickets after checkin.

9. There is no telephone number for suport anywhere and whatsapp is only a bot that redirects to same broken Page.The app isn't great.

10. Traveled on a four hour flight and they didn't even offer a complimentary cup of tea/coffee.

1. Fix avianca Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart avianca: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the avianca App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "avianca" » Open avianca » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for avianca » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear avianca app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from avianca servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "avianca" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check avianca app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, avianca might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall avianca. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall avianca then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing avianca not working
