This app is not beneficial.I have driven countless X to self tape places to have my 12 yr old sons auditions professionally done and sent in I found this last night I filmed it today I've already sent it off I love the way it put it together so professionally the Slate is exactly what the CDs want actors name first then project.

3. Update: since writing this my issue has been sorted by the support team and the app is back to its brilliant self :)This app freezes and I keep having to uninstall.

4. For starters it kept freezing as soon as I would stop recording a video thus I had to keep restarting my phone over and over again.I used this app, and the problem is it's good for a monologue, but not a scene unless your living with someone.

5. I recently updated to a new phone which is the Samsung A-70 and the app no longer works which has caused much stress because we have two children who are in the acting business and at times in different locations filming.

6. Then I lose all the previous tapes I had! Then sometimes it does not show I file has been successfully sent, so iltry to resend it two or even three times then have to buy more tickets.

1. Fix My Selftape App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Selftape App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Selftape App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Selftape App" » Open My Selftape App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Selftape App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Selftape App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Selftape App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Selftape App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
