My Team AM Customer Insights

1. I tried to chat with help online even bot is unavailable to give your usual excuse.It says I need to update the app to continue using it (which is funny, since when I am obligated to use the lastest versions of apps?), but Google Play Market disagrees and says there's no pending updates for this app.

2. Fix this the bugFor last several months the app often can't start, indicating "no internet connection", but other apps continue using internet successfully.

3. When I want to enter my phone number, the input box doesn't allow me to enter more than one number and automatically input text becomes empty.

4. All the free apps even when data is over free apps works for the entire validity period.

5. Ever since I contacted Beeline twice to make the changes and update the app but they could've be bothered to make the updates required to make the app work on A12I can't register at all.

6. I bought only data and free apps starts to eat up my data.

7. So I could not register into this app.I have subscribed for 30 days package with free apps.

8. Isnt it possible to adjust so that only Beeline app works to let activating additional internet packages, for example.

9. Once data is used up free apps stops.

10. Which use the current number (by design known to the cell operator) would have?Not even hell deserves the pure degenerative evil that programmed this piece of garbage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Team AM Issues

1. Fix My Team AM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Team AM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Team AM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Team AM" » Open My Team AM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Team AM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Team AM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Team AM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Team AM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Team AM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Team AM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Team AM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Team AM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Team AM not working


2. Fix My Team AM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Team AM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Team AM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Team AM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
