1. Today the same thing happened! I placed the order at 7:00pm but it was accepted at 7:45! And delivered at 9:05! What's the point of having an app if you aren't going to use it! Terrible experience, will never use the app or order from there againThe app is not user friendly at all i wonder who designed it.
2. Or when I input my address and I live literally 10 minutes away from a dial a delivery food hub but the app says services to my area are unavailable and I then have to try again about 20 minutes later and must try and pinpoint a fake address just so I can get started on my order.
3. Lo and behold, the app's order then indicates that my order's in the kitchen...after making a different one via phone?!! Long story short, I had to pay for two meals I very well wasn't going to finish.
4. The only thing I don't like is how I have to repeatedly enter my address each and every single time I order, the previous version allowed me to save my address.
5. I called Chicken Inn via phone and made a different order.
6. The only other development thing is once you place your order and you leave the app, you can't see the progress of your order until you get a notification.
7. They should at least, by now, have some sort of database to pick from.I have trouble checking out my order and it becomes really frustrating when I input my email and it denies it.
8. The order was just received and pending for an hour, then I called them again🙄.
9. Didn't even get to the stage where I actually order something, I don't know if they even receive orders from the app, doubt it even works.
10. Upon calling customer service an hour later, they claim the food is just about to leave the restaurant (mark you the delivery time shown on the app was 45 min).
11. One is better off calling the restaurant directly to place an order.
