1. this app should have an option to notify the customer if there's a delay or a problemUSELESS (INTERFACE) APP! The app doesn't allow you to log in and track an order, you also can't take a screen shot of the placed order! (for proof, in guest ordering) But luckily I wrote it down and checked in with the helpful customer service and recieved my order fast.
2. Either the driver is rude or late or both, not being able to order because too many people are on the app and the app just lags,and also the food always being cold or spilt.Waste of time.
3. I recently added to the order notes that the driver must remember change but he didn't even read the order notes.
4. Still no change.Who the hell developed this app? Every time I try to order something, it gives me one of 2 errors.
5. when I call the call center they tell me the store is offline so they can't deliver, if I hadn't called I would have probably waited for another week for my order.
6. Took me nearly an hour just to put stuff in cart and wasnt even able to place my order in the end.
7. I'd rather order a pizza from now on.The delivery usually takes 60-90 minutes.
8. This happens everytime and sometimes they even mess up your order, on top of being very late.
9. so I place an order for like 5 hours later.

11. Every single time I pay with cash they dont have change.
Hi I've ordered on the app as a guest, I did not take my order details and they gave me a option to register an account.. as I did that , my order disappeared and I wasn't contacted regarding my order or anything , money went off my account 10:40am already and it's 12:34

We went to McDonalds in Klerksdorp today, what a dissapointment. After waiting almost 30 min in a queque, get to the window to pay, the lady has our order wrong, then laughing about it with the manager instead of apologising, got to the window to collect, waited another 10 min whilst everyone inside is standing around and talking.
We purchased cooldrinks at the branch in Brackenfell and specifically asked for it without any ice. Wanted confirmation at the window where the orders are issued and the lady told us that she was ice in, We asked her to replace it and she went around the corner. It seems that she used her hands to remove the ice as when she wanted to give it to us the 2nd time we could still feel the cold indicating that the same cups were used. Also ice cubes were still in the middle of the cup holders. We confronted her and she denied it. We eventually left as we felt we not getting anywhere. How can this be allowed with Covid 19 still within our midths. Realy bad hygiene and customer service from this branch.
