1. I hope they have a 3rd party audit this app regularly though.UPDATE: 06/02/2021 Sadly, I'm updating my review due to the app not receiving or sending texts, as well as not being able to call out or receive calls, along with ALL previous messages and contacts disappeared.

2. There are other more responsive providers.. Still no response!This app could be a scam, please beware! This is already my second time where they've already deducted the funds for the renewal subscription from my card and yet it keeps saying I have to renew.

3. It can only be on one phone :( Feature(s) to add: an "import all" contacts button & fingerprint lock for the app as well? Review: I did a 3 day trial of this vs 2 other similar apps.

4. Also, once I subscribed I was sent a message saying there was a technical issue, and then was no longer able to send messages.

5. They trick you into purchasing a subscription before your free trial is over, and once you purchase a subscription you can not finish your free trial.

6. Now I'm not getting any text messages or phone calls and I use this for my work.

7. AND I couldn't access the "free trial" without providing my billing information.

8. I wish there was a longer trial period than 3 days as I typically like to try things out a tad longer than 3 days before committing the $50 or $11.99 per month that I would pay to use this past the trial period.It started off a bit rough.

1. Fix Second Phone Number Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Second Phone Number: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Second Phone Number App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Second Phone Number" » Open Second Phone Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Second Phone Number » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Second Phone Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Second Phone Number servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Second Phone Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
