Why should I report an Issue with Weather Radar - Live Maps & Alerts?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Weadile to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. What the hell good is that? I need to be abl to see what is going on with the weather now and which direction the rain is going if it is raining.

2. Many thanks .UPDATE: 26 December.... Definitely one of the better weather apps around and 85-95% accurate for my area.

3. Very clean layout, great pics & pretty much accurate (as much as weather can be 🤓).

4. My only issue is for some reason, just in the last few days, a weather card (don't know what else to call it) shows up & I can't get out of it! There's no "X" to close it out & will NOT even open the navigation menu...you're just stuck.

1. Fix Weather Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Radar" » Open Weather Radar - Live Maps & Alerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Radar - Live Maps & Alerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Radar - Live Maps & Alerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Radar not working

2. Fix Weather Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
