Oz Customer Insights

1. (More pinpoint storm tracking in a Google maps fashion) One of the main features preventing me from purchasing TBH.Needs updating, On rounded corner screens the time is lost, can't zoom in enough so App loads slower due to extra data download & you can't see your area of interest properly.

2. That data needs to be fixed, or should need new software (e.g., the software that shows the clouds in the app probably crashed, or it has shut down).Like a lot of others are saying, the app will sometimes load both cloud and radar but as soon as you go out of it and back into it there is no overlay of cloud or anything, you can go back into it multiple times and nothing.

3. Needs a flood tab as well with warning areas with very high zoom to see your street or house with colour coding to show flooding warning ( Also fire Warning tab with similar colour coding of warning areas ) Also a water restrictions map with the dam levels for focus region.

4. When I first open this radar app, it will show clouds on the satellite map, and after I exit the app, and open it up again, it will not show the clouds (e.g., it will stop showing the clouds, rain or snow), the map itself will become blank instead.

5. View national scale or seamless zoom to local scale.Easily accessible and intuitive merge of satellite and weather radar.

6. A shame really as it's great when it works....NEEDS FIXING PLEASE!! I SEE YOU DON'T REPLY TO PEOPLE'S COMMENTS ON THIS PROBLEM!! WY NOT AS IT'S A BAD ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!Looks like a fantastic satellite/radar app when first installed.

7. Something major needs to be fixed!!!Brilliant weather app, with all the extra features you need, for local weather and worldwide.

8. Fast to load, radar and satellite imagery combined.

9. 👍Would like the ability to zoom in closer to the local level.

10. There is something wrong with the data that keeps the clouds on the map.

11. Clouds & prescriptions gone.
