Why should I report an Issue with WillyWeather?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of WillyWeather to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The presentation leaves a little to be desired: the summary page ('Weather' tab) doesn't actually contain that much data for the amount of space it uses.

2. Overall the app is decent, but it leaves a bit to be desired.An amazing achievement already but as a weather addict, I do have some requests and suggestions - of course ;) UI: I like the amount of data available in this app but the UI gets in the way of quickly going through it.

3. How about rain warning? Graphs: I love the customizable graph but why are my choices not reflected onto the graph on the Weather page? That could potentially make for a one page glance overview if it were the case.

5. For example, on the Weather page, the 7 day forecast and graph could use some padding, maybe a separator between them to differentiate the 2 sections.

6. There are a few apps here that do pull data from personal weather stations and NOAA buoys, but this is not one.

8. Notifications: I'd also love to be able to set notifications for conditions other than severe weather.

9. Also, the radar imagery is under a tab called "Maps", which makes sense when you see the other data (e.g. synoptic) available, but is hard to find.

10. Once you select a category, it will create a bunch of notifications for each element in the category, and doesn't let you pick, or even make it obvious which notification was created for that category.

11. I'm using it to replace pocket weather, so overall it does what it needs to but isn't as stylish and functional as pw.

1. Fix WillyWeather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WillyWeather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WillyWeather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WillyWeather" » Open WillyWeather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WillyWeather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WillyWeather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WillyWeather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WillyWeather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WillyWeather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WillyWeather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WillyWeather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WillyWeather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WillyWeather not working

2. Fix WillyWeather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WillyWeather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WillyWeather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WillyWeather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
