1. By the time I got the e-mail and CC charge, there was a $16 charge and it was way too late to pickup the order.This is a pretty great app, but recently, there was an update that doesn't remember the adaptive brightness display control state.
2. There should be a cancel order option if you're not able to get your food b/c the line is ridiculously long/hasn't moved in 8min while I haven't even reached the speaker to let them know I'm there to pick up an order and you're not able to go inside and the curbside is unavailable.The ordering process was a nightmare.
3. Had to kill the app and relaunch so many times just to complete one order that it *actually* would've been quicker to just sit in the long drive thru line.
4. So now, when using the app and opening the barcode to be scanned, the brightness setting is cranked all the way up (and the adaptive brightness control is toggled off) and it remains that way until i manually go into my phone's settings to change it back.
5. 3) adding a manual visit is way too buried.I like the update that they made, but I been wanting to address an issue I been having for a year.
6. On the customization of the burgers, it lets you add American Chesse and Monterrey Chesse, but for a year now, it has not been added the options to add shredded cheese.
7. The issues I've had as follows: 1) can't figure out how to add funds to app from a gift card 2) rewards screen is way too sensitive to left and right scrolling.
8. App is slow as molasses and either crashed or froze numerous times during my first (and only) order.
9. I was giving them time to add this, but it's been more than a year, and the issue has not been fixed.
10. The rewards screen is super sensitive to where I try to scroll down and it thinks I'm swiping left or right.
11. A couple I was trying to add using the grill receipt, because I wasn't given the purchase receipt in the drive thru.
