Please what is the problem and what can I do to fix it.I like this app very much but there's so my ads which intrupt between when I am watching videos so please don't display so much ads and add more content.i want to watch and learn moreThis is a brilliant app for leaning English if I can give 1000000000 stars I would do... but the problem for me is this is not for me beacause...... Some of the 'learn English' content is old fashioned or with phrases that are not practical or designed for adult learners rather than kids.The only thing I really dislike about this application is that allowed children to jump into regular YouTube videos after watching the English lessons videos.

1. Fix English Conversation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart English Conversation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the English Conversation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "English Conversation" » Open English Conversation for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for English Conversation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear English Conversation for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from English Conversation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "English Conversation for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check English Conversation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, English Conversation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall English Conversation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall English Conversation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing English Conversation not working
