1. I wish the editing functions, in terms of adjusting price or quantity had options other than "drink or add." Overall, still the best free wine app.This app is great for keeping track of my tasting history, managing what I have on hand, learning about wines, building taste profiles.

2. The label scanning feature is wonderful! Being able to pull up reviews and info on the wines in the store makes shopping for a new wine to try way more fun and less overwhelming.

3. Good job! The only missing feature now is to display (only to the user, of course) the location of the place where I scanned each wine!There's a bug on the app that keeps showing "no wines made the cut" even when all filters are cleared.

I get it that you need to monetise user's that don't pay for the premium but this feels more like penalising, I wouldn't have the need for the premium and have no issues at all with on screen adverts but resent the full screen unskippable ad concept, its a frustrating experience that will drive me awayThis used to be literally my favourite app on my phone.

Therefore, I believe there is something wrong with the 21/04/23 version of the app, which is sad because the concept behind the app is great.I have found this app to be excellent however the recent update has brought lots of full screen unskippable ads almost every time you search, I end up closing and reopening the app.

1. Fix Vivino Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vivino: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vivino App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vivino" » Open Vivino: Buy the Right Wine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vivino » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vivino: Buy the Right Wine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vivino servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vivino: Buy the Right Wine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vivino app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vivino might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vivino. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vivino then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vivino not working

2. Fix Vivino Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vivino be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vivino not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vivino may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
