Why should I report an Issue with VidArt: MV & Insta story maker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Otherwise, I will have to delete this app as it no longer serves my purpose.Amazing! Starting a YouTube channel I would defiently recommend it...It's also for people like me who like to just make cool videos and send them to friends..It's got a cool magic feature that you can record a video and then when you are finished add fire into your hand or something else! You can defiently use your imagination flow!! But it can be serious at the same time if you want it to Only had it for a few days but It's great so far!!I really LOVE this app and its capabilities to stitch together video clips as well as apply filters and edit sound.

I was gonna delete then found some of the other features which were pretty funny and intuitive after a minute, and was able to make it work by using the "magic" elements to cover what I would have cropped! App is fun, lightweight, no excess permissions or intrusive ads though there is a watermark that doesn't show up til saving.I liked the older version of this app.

3. but the section where I can edit "my music"where I can edit or cut or que in a certain part of the songs on my phone for some reason after editing the effects in my pics and videos will show but the edit version of my song will just start from the beginning.

4. Still cant play the video.:-)This app is awesome—some unique themes.They are quick to put together&create something nice.This app is also easy to learn,simple to use & exports are are of good quality.

5. I went back in and hit the add music option, uploaded the video I made and tried it that way, still nothing🙄It is easy to use.

6. I needed to crop the top half of a vertical video, which this app doesn't seem to do though the description says it does.

7. But video preference not given.Videos given on screen and we have to select from that only.

8. It doesn't open and it says file not supported or 'video cannot be played' everywhere.

9. I wish there was an autosave.After working on it for so long and after it saved, I cant seem to play my video.

10. And I'm thankful of this app, for not only being wonderful, being of quality and doing what a lot of apps aren't doing now & offering a lifetime membership( I certainly bought it ) but also it has many templates&when reused,manages to look diifferent :-)awesome app.

11. This new interface doesn't serve the purpose of simple videos.

1. Fix VidArt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VidArt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VidArt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VidArt" » Open VidArt: MV & Insta story maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VidArt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VidArt: MV & Insta story maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VidArt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VidArt: MV & Insta story maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VidArt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VidArt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VidArt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VidArt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VidArt not working

2. Fix VidArt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VidArt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VidArt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VidArt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
