1. I love being able to create stories that have a creative and clean look that stands out from the crowd! App is easy to use.I love this app, it has very good filters and templates, but just like your other app StoryChic there's not much to do if you don't purchase some of the templates, if you could on the next update please remove the icon on the right corner that's is like to add the picture I think is not necessary since you can add the picture by just clicking on the middle of the templateI gave 1 star for the creator/s.

2. When I click on setting and then back then again ad .. when I open the effects there's ad which doesn't work 70 percent of time so I had to watch ad like 6 times yet it didn't work .. I thought it was a genuine application like there are Manny apps which are good but I was trying these new effects of this app .. probably it's an ads machine not an application you can use .The app is not intuitive and the ads is really annoying.

5. What I've found a bit annoying - but maybe I'm just clumsy - but some of the templates from the Art series are not working for (there's no option to put a pic in the background so it stays white ex: top right and bottom right template).Paid for lifetime, only got a year.

1. Fix Mojito Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mojito: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mojito App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mojito" » Open Mojito: Insta story art maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mojito » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mojito: Insta story art maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mojito servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mojito: Insta story art maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mojito app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mojito might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mojito. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mojito then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mojito not working

2. Fix Mojito Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mojito be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mojito not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mojito may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
