Why should I report an Issue with AnimeGO for Anime Lovers?

1. It barely comes for 1 or 2 videos of 720pixel.It's alright but I dont like how it take like 5 hours to download one episode so I found a better app called anime prime/anime app its awsome and it takes a few seconds to see tons of anime I would recommend that so I rate 3 starts for this!I love anime go! Definetely better than crunchy roll... I want to request a feature... I want you guyz to add a "watched" mark if the episode is already watched it will be really great cuz i usually forget the episodes i watchI love this app....so much ...it has all of my favorite anime........ Then why four stars u ask....its simple...in every single update.....this app have to be downloaded anew otherwise two animego will be there in ur phone 😅this app is everything i needed no ads more battery saving no stop phew get this app rn RN! it works so well that its so better than plain crunchyroll well crunchy...

It also has an amazing list of anime, a good search engine (most of the time), and barely any buffering.Using this app for more than 2.5 yrs now, it's a quiet decent app for streaming anime but from around 4-5 months the episodes always gets stucked in between or they just buffer too much throughout the episode,idk if it's the server which is busy.

3. Just please fix this problem.I hope this app will not update anymore... I mean that's a compliment *The app has no ads at all love it! *Save more battery than other apps that I used *Fast and has no delay episode Btw the this app has a other version's in the internet i installed that ine but its not saving battery not like this.

4. It has Mylist (A list of anime that you can add to that you have watched, want to watch, or just thought was interesting), Watch history(all of the episodes that you have recently watched), and the different capabilities/options you have for watching them.

5. Great features, nice GUI and optimized, great for streaming anime.

6. I really hope that this app will not get a update its already a perfect app!! ❤❤I wish there is a download option or atleast resolution selection option as it consumes a lot of mobile data.

1. Fix AnimeGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AnimeGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AnimeGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AnimeGO" » Open AnimeGO for Anime Lovers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AnimeGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AnimeGO for Anime Lovers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AnimeGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AnimeGO for Anime Lovers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AnimeGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AnimeGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AnimeGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AnimeGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AnimeGO not working

2. Fix AnimeGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AnimeGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AnimeGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AnimeGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
