1. Plz!I think an improvement the app can have is to allow users to also access the link used in the app and allow us to copy the link so we'll be able to use the link to watch our shows if anything were to go wrong with the app.

2. However, I keep getting the "network error" thing come up, happened a couple of times before the update and now again, hope this can be fixed.

3. The layout of the app is easy to use, saving, watching and adding shows to your list is so handy for those of us that love to keep track of what shows we've watched.

6. I'd play alot of adds just to watch the video but later on, it will be resulted to error.

7. The app worked great for the first few days, but now it keeps reading as a network error and will not load anything.

8. But recently, when I tried to open it, it showed a red screen with the logo in the centre and after sometime, gave an error msg but my network was fine.

9. Sometimes you can watch videos on 1080p quality and the video will be perfect, and at other times it can BARELY handle 240p quality.

10. Lol In my opinion.When the application works properly it's good but it seems each week there is at least a 24 hour period or more I can't watch anything at all.

11. Also I think that there should be more filters for anime genres as it will help refine searches !This app is too good with both dub and sub versions in it.

1. Fix Anime Stack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anime Stack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anime Stack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anime Stack" » Open Anime Stack - AnimeFanz Tube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anime Stack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anime Stack - AnimeFanz Tube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anime Stack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anime Stack - AnimeFanz Tube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anime Stack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anime Stack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anime Stack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anime Stack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anime Stack not working

2. Fix Anime Stack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anime Stack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anime Stack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anime Stack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
