1. Can't believe they're not investing in a proper app at this time...Please fix the app, too many bugs and issues, cookies option not functioning, cannot tap "save & continue", when scrolling, page suddenly goes to home and jump to current page and then jump to previous page, sometimes refreshed on its own.This is the most stupid app.

2. It's slow, laggy, every time you click a button it takes you to a different irrelevant page.

3. Nothings works - filters keep cancelling, automatically brought back to a standard page, can't remove the cookies popup window.

4. When you click on an item to view and then click back to go to the previous page the app closes down.

5. This issue had persisted for years, and they don't seem to care about fixing it.The WORST app I've ever downloaded! After you click on a dress to view it, you can't use the back key to take you back to where you were in dresses.

6. Ridiculous.When you click on an item to look at it closer that works fine...it's when you want to go back to main menu the whole app closes down on you.

7. Had to wait till I came home by that time a number of things I had wanted to buy had sold out!! Please fix the App.Horrible!!! App and website both are equally slow and pathetic.

8. When in the shop section it would randomly take you back to the shop home page all the time.

9. And after couple of days I couldn't login, the app keep telling me to try login againStill impossible to login to your loyalty account.

10. Also signs you out of your account repeatedly and takes up WAY too much phone memory and battery.It just doesn't work.

11. When you ask to send a code, regardless of my text or email, they lock your account straight away on the first attempt.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Harrods Issues

1. Fix Harrods Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Harrods: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Harrods App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Harrods" » Open Harrods » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Harrods » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Harrods app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Harrods servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Harrods" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Harrods app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Harrods might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Harrods. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Harrods then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Harrods not working


2. Fix Harrods Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Harrods be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Harrods not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Harrods may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
