1. I got this app specifically for that ability to use on my phone on the go.perfect little app shows minimal and useful info at a glance for a wifi engineerThe test gives up after a few minutes without warning, which causes all test data to be lost.
2. Needs to be able to set distance while drawing or you will most likely have a bad map, unless you are good at drawing maps without a ruler or other measurement/accuracy tool.
3. Make it a little more idiot-proof to set scale and size of dot, then 5 stars.Do not even attempt to use the drawing feature to create your floorplan.
4. If this app with full access was sold for $9 it would sell in the millions in 12 months or less, but at this high price of $29 it will not move as fast.Since upgrading to the premium version of the app, I have lost the ability to text or email scan results.
5. If the devs manage to insert automation such as automatic in doors triangulation running on the background then maybe it has a chance..Shows multiple metrics, e.g. signal, speed, ping.
6. Maybe if I could complete a test, I would see something differentThe concept is good the execution is kinda horrible.. UI and functionality would be forgiven if there was automation.
7. Couldn't even complete my bad map drawing though because it wouldn't record any new measurements after the first.
8. With 1meter resolution, it's a field strength meter of limited uitility as an indoor heatmap unless you are using it in a extraordindarily large home or a commercial building.
9. I managed to get my room to the right scale, but would like 1.5m dots and couldn't figure out how so it's not there or it's tricky (clicked advanced but seems to scale room).
10. Draw your floor plan in literally any other tool, even MSPaint is better, and import it instead.
11. Hell, even Corel Draw from the early 90s is a better tool.Mapping and measuring kept not recording.
