Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Geo TV Issues
1. Fix Geo TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Geo TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geo TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Geo TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geo TV might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Geo TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Geo TV then reinstall.
