Why should I report an Issue with Talking Animals?

1. As soon as I opened it a screen popped up prompting a free 3 day trial, and a yearly subscription fee of $69.99 as of July 16th if I didn't cancel.

2. I am NOT giving out my credit or debit card (with Google Play credit there is never a need to do this) and furthermore why would anyone pay an expensive annual fee to make their pets lip sync? Based on other apps and what you can do with ten dollars, I would say this app is worth a one-time fee of $20.

3. If u guys don't want to offer it for free then don't! QUIT TRYING TO TRICK PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY, YA SLIMEBALLS!!! Way to ruin a good app though guys!DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

4. Be upfront when requiring $$$ subscriptionsOver-priced subscription dipper!! I would probably give this app 5-stars but I would be required to have over $91 CAD in my Google Play account to get the three day trial.

5. Anyway, this app is great! Only issue is that the animals blinking animations are only in one eye, making in seem like a wink, can you fix that?$70 for annual subscription?! Omg the most expensive app in the play store.

6. With other quality app choices available with several QUALITY features for free and buying their enhanced application costs less.

7. Don't subscribe to free trial otherwise it will charge you $70 after 3 days.

1. Fix Talking Animals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Talking Animals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Talking Animals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talking Animals" » Open Talking Animals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talking Animals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Talking Animals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talking Animals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talking Animals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Talking Animals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talking Animals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Talking Animals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talking Animals then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talking Animals not working

2. Fix Talking Animals Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talking Animals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talking Animals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talking Animals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
