Overall 10/10 app, easy to use and non invasive ad experience, definitely one of the best social media video downloaders out there.Well, this app worked for the first 10 downloads and now it keeps showing a "network error", so i can't download anything anymore... I've cleared the apps storage and cache and also have uninstalled it and reinstalled and nothing fixed it.

2. Would be really nice to have a stable downloading app since there is not another one that compares in quality (speed/ad frequency/etc), but the amount of times you end up unable to download anything is disappointing at best and incredibly agitating at worst.

5. This is a pretty good app for downloading vids from TikTok, though recently I've been having issues with it, like I'll copy a link and as the app is checking the URL, it'll come up as "Not found downloadable files".

7. If you are not able to download the desired content, keep trying, try doing it more than once or in a different sequence but play around with all the features and eventually you should either figure it out or get lucky and make it work, just as i did.

8. Ads are even spaced out so you dont feel bombarded after every time you open the app from background, you can also skip the ads instead of being forced to watch a 30 second ad every time, and I do mean ever ad has the X in the corner you aren't forced to watch anything.

1. Fix Downloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Downloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Downloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Downloader" » Open Downloader for Tiktok - Tmate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Downloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Downloader for Tiktok - Tmate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Downloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Downloader for Tiktok - Tmate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Downloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Downloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Downloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Downloader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Downloader not working

2. Fix Downloader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Downloader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Downloader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
