But aside that, the app is awesome.It's a good app but I hate where you have to pay to save your video and review the song you sang, if it's even to just make us pay for no ad breaks and better access to VIP songs, it makes no sense to make us pay to do what we are normally supposed to be able to do on karaoke apps.

1. Fix Sing Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sing Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sing Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sing Karaoke" » Open Sing Karaoke by Stingray » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sing Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sing Karaoke by Stingray app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sing Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sing Karaoke by Stingray" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sing Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sing Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sing Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sing Karaoke then reinstall.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sing Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
