Why should I report an Issue with Color by Number - Animals?

Constantly getting a message, no internet connection, but the advertisements all come through.Has nice pictures' easy to color ,nice colors and very relaxing thank you for making an app just for animals I'm a huge animal lover keep up the good work.When you make a mistake, you have to get out and watch a commercial in order to start againRan out of pictures really fast and there were no new one.

2. What's up with that? How many guys like to color anyway? It's pitiful!!!Does it need ads? when people are doing coloring I don't think it's need it! Just think it's making people what to gamble with out thinking about it.

7. There's like 6 images on each one please add more and there's a 5 star coming your way!Ok I finished all the coloring on level 1 expecting a level 2 and nothing but a white page.

1. Fix Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color" » Open Color by Number - Animals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color by Number - Animals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color by Number - Animals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color not working

2. Fix Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
