Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Colorica Issues
1. Fix Colorica Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Colorica: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Colorica App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Colorica" » Open Colorica: Pixel Color by Number 2018 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Colorica » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Colorica: Pixel Color by Number 2018 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Colorica servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Colorica: Pixel Color by Number 2018" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Colorica app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Colorica might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Colorica. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Colorica then reinstall.
