1. I'd be happy to give it more stars, if this wasn't becoming a reoccurring issue.I love that the colors used per picture are not all brights and pastels, like some of the other color by number apps.

2. I also don't like these paint by number sites that automatically pick the next color for you, like we are unable to skip around or pick the next one all by ourselves, but the pictures are really nice.Love the way the color flows to fill in.

3. I will definitely give more stars on my rating if these things improve!U have many wonderful pictures to color!! I pick out the ones that R special to me.

4. I have 3 other coloring apps, they all give between 5 and 12 new pictures a day.I don't like the 30 sec video everytime you pick a picture and so far they only show you how to paint the picture, as if we don't know how already.

5. The problem I have is that I can't see the X to zoom in without using a hint.You have good pictures, but they don't color easily.

6. Also, I haven't been able to finish several pictures because the color won't work on some of the areas, even when you try several times.

7. It will not let me do anything else!! Very frustrating! Especially since I color thousands of pictures.

8. It's like doing a jigsaw puzzle only to find out pieces are missing!!I like that is goes to the next color on it's own, instead of you having to go and click on it to switch.....but the tapping to add the color is terrible.

9. I also like having multiple shades of the same color, it gives the picture more dimension.

1. Fix Relax Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Relax Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Relax Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Relax Color" » Open Relax Color: Coloring book by number for adults » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Relax Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Relax Color: Coloring book by number for adults app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Relax Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Relax Color: Coloring book by number for adults" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Relax Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Relax Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Relax Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Relax Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Relax Color not working

2. Fix Relax Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Relax Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Relax Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Relax Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
