I need help pleaseUnfortunately the Application is always shutting down after login, and also there is no synchronization between the App and web pageThe app is horrible...not quick...not user friendly...and since the latest update it's always giving errors....i hope someone responsible for this app can see this reviewNot sufficient to my needs as appearing of quizes marks and always stops specially after adding any question in the library.Every time i check notifications 🔔 the app.

Unfortunately, it is a bad example for the Egyptian product 😡I suffered for a while from a problem in installing the new update.. so i contacted the customer service and they where very helpful and patient to the last minute... they tried their best to solve the problem and they did... i totally recommend the app.. coz the after selling experience is more important than the app itself...It's so nice and good and amazing wow! but how do you make this application?This app is really helpful and user friendly.

3. Deserves your trust for sure!Alot of bugs and crashes very slow on mobile can't send more than on pic on email notifications not received all the timeAfter the last update it does not work on my mobile phone.

4. The worst possible service.. I installed the program more than once and each time it closed as soon as I opened it.. I sent an email to the company and it did not respond.

5. I also tried to call the phone number mentioned and it is always closed.

6. I had a problem registering late and missing the school's confirmation, they fixed it in just a few minutes.

1. Fix SmartSchools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmartSchools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartSchools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartSchools" » Open SmartSchools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartSchools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartSchools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartSchools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartSchools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartSchools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartSchools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartSchools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartSchools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartSchools not working

2. Fix SmartSchools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartSchools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartSchools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartSchools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
