1. Enjoying the app, going for virtual spins around the earth is great fun ,, though Apps of this type work better for clarity in zoom mode with the amount of pixels your camera or device has .

2. Most entertaining thing i have on my phone.Simply awesome! The data download part is a bit buggy, in that I tried to download the data many times but nothing happened, finally randomly I opened the app one day and it did get downloaded.It's an important app when I research about satellites.This app is great.

3. Other issue is you can only download tle info from the sites once every 6 hrs?? Why ???if the download didnt work correctly, the app is useless untill it will allow me to re-download.

4. Would like to see zoom to approx 200 metres above ground level and below the ocean water level to see the ocean floor etc, and able to track a specific area with touch mode.

1. Fix SatOrbit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SatOrbit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SatOrbit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SatOrbit" » Open SatOrbit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SatOrbit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SatOrbit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SatOrbit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SatOrbit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SatOrbit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SatOrbit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SatOrbit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SatOrbit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SatOrbit not working

2. Fix SatOrbit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SatOrbit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SatOrbit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SatOrbit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
