I dont recomend this especially for learning English, its very incimplete and poorly put together.Consistently asking for permission and access to my files, I had seen more adverts then words looked up in the short time of its use (literally 20 minutes after DL) and when I attempted to back out of it, froze for a second and wouldn't allow me to, not until the add was finished.

It's a very nice thesaurus, just too heavy handed with the ads.English Thesaurus very very amazing app you can easily use this app to find out any word meaning it's just like it's answers..English thesaurus application is really good and great app..This app wants access to all media and mic on my phone.

3. Also very frustrating & annoying! Very disappointed this would have been perfect for my needs and I tried ALOT of thesaurus apps without any of them being as straightforward as this one.I'm sorry, but after a few months the excessive pop up ads became too annoying, they chased me away.

4. So frustrating & annoying! Also was hard to navigate within a word without it jumping to 2 or 3 other words from the definition while trying to view the whole list.

5. One ad after each inquiry.A video ad after EVERY WORD?! Banner ads I can deal with, video ads just got this uninstalled...after less than five minutes.

6. The number of ads that ran in the short amount of time it took to look up ONE word was at least 3 ads.

7. Its missing a lot of very basic ones for all words ive searched and i can find better ones online.

8. There is also word history and word favourites, which are both very useful features.

1. Fix English Thesaurus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart English Thesaurus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the English Thesaurus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "English Thesaurus" » Open English Thesaurus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for English Thesaurus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear English Thesaurus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from English Thesaurus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "English Thesaurus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check English Thesaurus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, English Thesaurus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall English Thesaurus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall English Thesaurus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing English Thesaurus not working

2. Fix English Thesaurus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make English Thesaurus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to English Thesaurus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, English Thesaurus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
