Why should I report an Issue with Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

This is my #1 favorite app for a lot of good reasons and that won't change for a while.I would love to give it 5 stars but since it updated a couple days ago I sadly can't😥1st, the color bar at the bottom, I HATE how when you swipe it goes 6 colors at a time.FRUSTRATING and annoying! PLEASE go back to the other way where you can move freely between the numbers! And 2nd I HATE that the colors aren't blured(don't know how else to describe it).

2. Aside from that, you need a separate page that lists only uncolored or unfinished pictures instead of having to scroll through all of them.Great, but could use improvement Sandbox is great & super fun, I use it all the time in waiting rooms.

3. It has a ton of great pictures to color and lots of features that make coloring easy, fun, and relaxing.

4. I even got this before they made the finishing color animation faster! Every time this app updated it made it a million times better, including when they added the option to color photos from my gallery.

5. I might pay a one time price to unlock the extra pics, but I'm not dumb enough to ever give a monthly subscription price to color.

6. Someone would have to be crazy to pay a price every month just to color a few extra pictures.

7. I just wonder why they charge a monthly price for the premium pass to color the extras.

8. If I double tap one of the numbers on the picture, the rest of the squares of that color will become uncolored again.

9. I think it would be better with a slight social concept though, like some people make pictures that I really like & it would be cool to be able to follow them, so you can always find all of their pictures!I love this app.

1. Fix Sandbox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sandbox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sandbox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sandbox" » Open Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sandbox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sandbox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sandbox - Pixel Art Coloring" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sandbox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sandbox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sandbox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sandbox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sandbox not working

2. Fix Sandbox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sandbox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sandbox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sandbox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
