UNICORN Customer Insights

1. Beware the eye-strain.Fun while it lasted... So I downloaded this game just to pass the time around two weeks ago (at the time of writing this) and first impressions were that it was a good app with good UI, good controls and good arts.

2. I hope the app goes back to opening without music.Really good game for relaxing and just doing some colouring.

3. If you guys can will you guys fix the ads please? Thanks! I forgot to mention that there is many videos that you have to watch to draw.Amazing Game! I'm impressed with the lack of ads and they're usually quite subtle.

4. It highlights areas around the numbers instead of just the numbers and it's annoying and makes the pictures (especially the Selfie ones) way harder to color.

5. the particals are annoying, the preformence is very poor and slow, and it is difficult to color the pictures.

6. It's easy to use and the playback after you finish a picture is slow enough to be really satisfying to watch a couple times.

7. Cant play anymore sadly.This game was really fun until the coloring mechanism changed.

8. You can either choose from the ones available or create your own by taking a photo and transforming it into a picture to colour.

9. Overall, it's a really creative app.This game is fun and amazing but the reason I give this a 4 star and not a 5 star is because there are too many ads.

10. this app is also hard to use.Its a great app! I love the art thingies you can do but the first time I downloaded the app, it wasn't this bugged.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UNICORN Issues

1. Fix UNICORN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UNICORN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UNICORN App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNICORN" » Open UNICORN - Pixel Art Games » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNICORN » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UNICORN - Pixel Art Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNICORN servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNICORN - Pixel Art Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UNICORN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNICORN might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UNICORN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNICORN then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNICORN not working


2. Fix UNICORN Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UNICORN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UNICORN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UNICORN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

  • I just got off the phone with Apple. We just discovered that we have been being charged since August 2019 for your app. We thought it was a free app and when we discovered the first charge back in August I immediately deleted the app. But since then there have been a total of 22 charges totaling $231.88. Apple was only able to refund us for 8 charges due to company policy and instructed us to get a hold of you. There are 14 remaining charges totaling $147.56 that we would like to be refunded please. In fact, there are MULTIPLE days where we were charged $9.99 TWICE which is crazy and wrong - even if I wanted the app. Please send us a refund of $147.56. I am even ok with paying one charge with tax of $10.54 making the total for you to refund me $137.02 since we did not delete the app until we saw the initial charge on August 24th ... which we were charged $9.99 TWICE!! Which again is not right but I will pay one charge. I can’t believe we did not notice these charges sooner but we did not get any use out of this app all of these months bc I immediately deleted it. Please send us a refund of $137.02. Thank you.
