Why should I report an Issue with Simpler: English learning app?

1. For me it's one of the betters apps that I have ever seen since I started to learn English thanks,.. for that to all the people that make it possible for us.... But there is one small thing that does not like me at all and it is that in afew topics it says that we have to download simpler premium but actually I do not have a bank account for it I hope you can fix that issue guys I really know that the app it's free but anyway please help us with that friends have a good night everyone 😌😌It's good, it doesn't have ads, but it not is enough because you need to pay it for unblocked new lessons premium! I'm not satisfied for that!I like the method and the graphics of this app.

Useful for training your listening skills and fun.

There are few languages in this App like Chinese , Japanese , Italian etc and i don't understand these languages, so how am i supposed to learn English from unknown languages? 🙂 Apart from that i really like this App but unfortunately I can't use it.The app is super! It's easy to learn new grammar/reading/listening.

4. I started to learn it from scrarch and for now I have learned a lot of useful things and can use it in my work.

5. Even if you choose an upper intermediate level, you get words for beginnersThey changed language of interface.

7. The app is good and visual good, but I miss some things.I liked everything in the app and I put 5⭐ for everything.

8. But after the last update, there are no more Grammar summary 😞 And absolutely all the words in the dictionary are in one list.

10. Like now I can get 30 new words per day from boxes, but one of these boxes would be empty, and I can put in it specific words that I need.

1. Fix Simpler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simpler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simpler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simpler" » Open Simpler: English learning app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simpler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simpler: English learning app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simpler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simpler: English learning app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simpler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simpler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simpler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simpler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simpler not working

2. Fix Simpler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simpler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simpler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simpler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
