It used to solve the problem before, but not this time.TAMTAM is very glitchy when I try to call my friends and I can barley hear them and when I try to change my name it keeps saying "you exeeced the name using attempt numbers please try again" and when I first got TAMTAM it didint add my friend for one whole entire year and now I got logged out of TAMTAM so I'm reinstalling it and that's why I rate it 1 star please fix this.The app is great but recently I've been having problem with the voice messages it takes forever to listen to someone voice message and when you send one out it's the same i don't know what is the problem.worst app !!!! after using for two years now suddenly i'm unable to login using my number.

2. In general, I was truly delighted with the application.I am from pakistan and i am using tamtam from last two years but now am trying to log in again they show me to unable log inIt's been 4days I'm unable to login through my phone number, it shows wrong number while number is correct.

3. Also it is the first time my phone has told me that an app has a "bug".Suddenly Bangladesh location user can't open there account by Number but why ? When thay submit there number And click confirmed It's show wrong number , pls... Solve this situation.

4. We want to open tamtam I'd by using number.I have been using this app between me and my hubby when out phones don't want to work.

1. Fix TamTam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TamTam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TamTam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TamTam" » Open TamTam: Messenger, chat, calls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TamTam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TamTam: Messenger, chat, calls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TamTam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TamTam: Messenger, chat, calls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TamTam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TamTam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TamTam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TamTam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TamTam not working

2. Fix TamTam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TamTam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TamTam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TamTam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
