Can't miss with this one, look no further!Great stuff but add option to change aspect ratio of the video because on my ultrawide screen of Samsung Galaxy A51 just stretches the imagine from 16:9 to 18:9 and the picture is stretched... so just add that simple aspect ratio changer since most modern phones are in ultrawide aspect ration that's not standard 16:9 which a lot of stuff uses like basically every modern TVi can watch nickelodeon and nicktoons its realiy a good thingGuys, what is the point of having an app build exclusively for smart tvs when it shows only radio channels.

2. The mobile phones app is working perfectly, it shows tv channels but your other app is showing only radio channels... Why is that so??? You are saying here that you have prepared an app that can be used on smart tvs but in fact it does not work... That is a sort of scamming...I registered account with app and used app for a long time with demo set of channels and some extra.

3. Please ADD BUTTON in menu for FAVORITE CHANNELS for quick access (so we do not have to go through menu to open it) - with this app would be 5 stars Sometimes (not often) I have to restart app to make it work (codecs problem, but I not a find this as a big problem for me, )The new version is crashing all the time on my smart TV.

4. Definitely give the app a go, you will not be disappointed.Fantastic APP for television on the go! Great variety of available channels, intuitive interface, blazing fast and last but not least, sharp HD streams.

5. As someone asked before, why can't you let us download previous versions since you are not seriously working on fixing the bugs (your last version full of bugs was released 3 months ago, without any update!).

6. This was nice app, but now it's useless.Unlike other television apps, variety of programs are available without having to pay for a subscription.

7. In general, terrible UI/UX.I like it because there is a lots of channels and you can create favorite channels list.

8. Ads are a thing, but necessary considering it's a free application, and monetization has been a thing for a while now, on many different free apps, not only OrionTV.

9. App is now useless for me since I have no intention to buy subscription.This app make my quarantine days in China a way more easier to pass.

10. The app is very good, adds are presented in reasonable amount and it works in China without the VPN.

11. If I stay in China for a longer time I would definitely upgrade my account.

1. Fix Orion TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Orion TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Orion TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Orion TV" » Open Orion TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Orion TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Orion TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Orion TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Orion TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Orion TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Orion TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Orion TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Orion TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Orion TV not working

2. Fix Orion TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Orion TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Orion TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Orion TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
